How do I return my items?
Start your return: HEREHow Do I Submit a Return - (Domestic - U.K.) We get it — returns can be a hassle. That’s why we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps: 1.) Go to our return portal: https://www.baakd.com/apps/returns once done, take your package along with the QR code emailed to you, to your nearest Evri drop-off point. Or 1.) Print your return label 2.) Place the items in the original packaging (or another sturdy box or bag). 3.) Affix your Evri shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible. 4.) Drop the package at your nearest Evri location.How Do I Submit a Return - (International - Everywhere else except the U.K.)We get it — returns can be a hassle. That’s why we’ve made the process as easy as possible. Just follow these steps:1.) Go to our return portal: https://www.baakd.com/apps/returns2.) Follow the steps to register your return.3.) Print the following documents:- Shipping label- BAAKD Returns Commercial invoice- Air Waybill (AWB) from the courier you choose to use (If Applicable)4.) Sign the BAAKD Returns Commercial Invoice and along with the AWB, place them in a transparent envelope, or with clear tape attach it to the outside of the box/parcel. Attach this securely to the outside of the parcel. (These documents need to be visible as they are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all the steps.)5.) Stick the shipping label next to the area showing the BAAKD Returns Commercial Invoice & the AWB.6.) Make sure there are no other tracking labels on the parcel.7.) Drop off your parcel at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup with your chosen courier (pickup availability may vary by country).8.) Keep your return postage receipt and tracking number until your return is fully processed.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is authorised, you will be provided with further instructions. If you choose to post your return yourself, we strongly recommend using a signed-for service and retaining your proof of postage until the return is fully processed.Please note: - Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at delivery are non-refundable by us. You may be able to apply for a refund with your local customs office, depending on your country’s import regulations.- Returns involving high volumes or high-value items may incur a higher returns fee. In the unlikely event you've received a faulty item, check out our 'Received a faulty item?' page. Please don't return any damaged or incorrectly delivered goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us in resolving your issue.
BAAKD Returns Policy
We want you to love every BAAKD purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to do so. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE ACTIVEWEAR WHEN TRYING THEM ON.Returns will only be accepted if the clothing has been tried on over underwear and is returned in clean, unworn condition with no damage. Please do not remove any labels, including care tags or hang tags.WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?We understand - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, unused, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging, you can return them within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: - If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable & non-refundable.- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging and unworn.- All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.- Personalised items can't be returned.- Damaged, worn or dirty clothing will not be refunded. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.A FEW GOOD THINGS TO KNOW:- We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to make the order.- For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed .- Returns will only be accepted if the activewear was tried on with underwear and is returned clean and without any tears. Don’t remove any kind of labels (washing labels, hanging tags etc.).- It is unfortunately not possible to return two different orders in one parcel. If you need to return a second order, please register it separately and use two different shipping labels and parcels.CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE RETURNS INTO ONE RETURN?No. Returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process and could potentially void it entirely, so please package separately.Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.If you've already sent back multiple returns in one package, let us know so we can look into this for you.
Refunds & Their Timing
We will process your refund once your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse and successfully pass our quality inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be reviewed and processed. After approval, refunds typically take an additional 4-6 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.Important Notes:Shipping fees are non-refundable.Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.Buy Now, Pay Later OrdersIf you made your purchase using Klarna, PayPal, Clearpay, or Afterpay, please note that you are still responsible for making your scheduled installment payments. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse (5-7 business days), it may take an additional 4-6 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.For any questions regarding your refund status, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Received a faulty item?
We're sorry if you've received a faulty item. Unfortunately, we can only help if you purchased your item(s) from us directly. If you bought from a third-party retailer or reseller, we'd recommend contacting them directly. How Can I Track the Status of My Return?
How Can I Track the Status of My Return?To track your return, make sure to keep your postage receipt after handing over your package to the carrier. The receipt will have the tracking number printed on it.Here’s how you can track your return:Visit the carrier’s websiteFind the tracking sectionEnter your tracking numberThe tracking updates will show whether your package is still on its way to us or if it has already arrived at the warehouse (United kingdom)Please note, once your return package arrives at our warehouse, it can take 5-7 business days to process.
I still haven't received my refund
Have you sent back your return but still waiting on your refund? We know, it's not as sweet as cake in the slightest! This can be due to a few different reasons...Depending on the country you're from & the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approx 30 days.HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?In the first instance, we'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered ', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar. This means the item(s) are back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURNS TO BE REFUNDED?If you haven't already received an email from us outlining this, then please feel free to get in touch.Please include in your message:- Proof of return postage (e.g. a photo of your receipt)- Your order number (e.g #UK123456)A member of the team will then get back to you as soon as they can!
I've returned a non-BAAKD item by mistake
I've sent a non-BAAKD item back to you, what do I do? We don't know what's worse, someone cutting a cake with a spoon or sending back the wrong item to us in your return? - We'll let you decide.You can contact us with the following information and we'll look into it for you:- Your full name- Your email address- The order number associated with your return (e.g #UK1234567)- The date you returned the item- A description of the item you've returned (please include any photos of the item)As soon as the information we need from you is sent to us, we will begin an investigation and do our absolute best to try and retrieve your item for you. We’ll of course always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!FYI: Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a BAAKD item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not BAAKD LTD.
