Once you place an order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the details about your order. Shortly followed and once your package has left our fulfillment centre you will receive a further email letting you know your shipment is on its way, this email will include a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website, where you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
To track your order, simply click the link in the email and enter your tracking number. You'll be able to view real-time updates on your shipment’s status, including the estimated delivery date.
If you’re unable to track your order right away, don’t worry! There may be a slight delay in the carrier’s system updating the tracking information. Alternatively, there could have been an error in the email address provided during checkout.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?
Don't sweat the sweet stuff! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.
In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or customs fees.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't been updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.
