Why should I get a BAAKD account, it's more of a question of why wouldn't you! An Account is easy to create and allows you to access your account details and order history, start a return and edit your saved addresses for faster checkout.HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?That's easy...- Hit the 'My Account' button- Select the 'Register' button- Fill in the relevant fields and click 'Register'You can then sign into your account under the My Account section anytime to see your account details, order history and much more.*Please note that placing an order doesn't automatically create an account.I CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?Getting an error message when logging into your account? Or maybe you forgot your password just like you forgot to charge your headphones for the gym? Yeah, we feel your pain.There are a few things you can do to solve the issue;- Ensure you’re on the correct store as your login is unique to your location- Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up- Have you just forgotten your password? Check the login/register page for helpPlease note that we're unable to amend the email address on your account, therefore, if for any reason you wish to change your email address, you'll need to create a new account following the steps above.If following the steps above doesn't help, send us a message and we’ll look into it for you.
Delete My BAAKD Account
It can take up to 30 days to process your request, but please be aware that once this request has been made you may lose access to your account immediately.DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT MEANS:- You will not be able to log into your account on the BAAKD Website.- All order history from the BAAKD Website will be deleted.If you're okay with this, please contact us to complete our ID verification process; we need to verify that we are speaking to the account holder as this helps us to protect your personal information. Only you (or if you are unable, someone acting on your behalf) has the right to ask for your personal information to be deleted.Our team will then action your request as soon as possible and will update you as soon as this request has been actioned.
