You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 3 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.


Once your package has been prepared and dispatched, the tracking details will be sent to you via email. Keep in mind that the preparation time for paid orders is 48 hours, representing the duration our warehouse requires to ready an order for shipment. This dispatch period should be factored in addition to the delivery time.During peak sales and holiday seasons, the dispatch time is typically extended. In such busy periods, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to be sent out.


Take note of the following essential details regarding tracking:


- The activation of your tracking link may take up to 48 hours. No need to worry—your package is en route, and the tracking link will soon be updated with additional information. Ensure to check your tracking link regularly.


- For direct updates to your phone, we recommend including your phone number during checkout.


- The Tracking link will display the anticipated delivery date and provide further insights into the delivery progress. In case you need to reach out to the carrier or encounter delivery issues, navigate to the "status" section, scroll down, and locate the carrier's tracking number. Click on the tracking number to be automatically directed to the carrier's website, where you can access additional tracking and contact details.

- Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and any holidays.

If you haven't received tracking information, check your spam folder, and review your order confirmation. If the estimated delivery time has lapsed without receiving your package, contact our BAAKD customer care team for assistance. We'll promptly investigate your order and provide a resolution.



E.U.

Occasionally, orders may be split into two shipments; in such cases, there should be minimal delay between deliveries.


USA

Orders are currently experiencing slight delays at US Customs. All prices on our US website include US customs duties and tariffs. The price you see at checkout reflects any applicable local and state sales taxes. Any additional customs duties and tariffs on orders will be covered by BAAKD on behalf of the customer. U.K.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the price you see already includes UK VAT, customs duties, and processing fees. You won’t incur any additional charges.

Other countries
Before placing an order, please review the customs and import regulations in your country. BAAKD is not responsible for any duties or import fees that may be charged.

Important: If your package is returned because you refuse to pay duty or import fees, you may be charged shipping fees. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information on customs and import regulations.
