BAAKD Returns Policy

We want you to love every BAAKD purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to do so. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.


PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE ACTIVEWEAR WHEN TRYING THEM ON.

Returns will only be accepted if the clothing has been tried on over underwear and is returned in clean, unworn condition with no damage. Please do not remove any labels, including care tags or hang tags.


WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We understand - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, unused, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging, you can return them within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:


- If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable & non-refundable.

- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging and unworn.

- All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

- Personalised items can't be returned.

- Damaged, worn or dirty clothing will not be refunded.


To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.


WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.


A FEW GOOD THINGS TO KNOW:
- We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed .

- Returns will only be accepted if the activewear was tried on with underwear and is returned clean and without any tears. Don’t remove any kind of labels (washing labels, hanging tags etc.).

- It is unfortunately not possible to return two different orders in one parcel. If you need to return a second order, please register it separately and use two different shipping labels and parcels.


CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE RETURNS INTO ONE RETURN?

No. Returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process and could potentially void it entirely, so please package separately.

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.
